Hog Roast in Oreton, At The Farlow and Oreton Village Hall.

Towards the end of September we were booked in to provide a hog roast in Oreton, at the Farlow and Oreton Village Hall, for around 80 people. Set tucked away quietly in the countryside, this hall is perfect for small functions. On the menu today was our traditional hog roast, with homemade apple sauce, stuffing and crispy crackling. To accompany the hog roast in Oreton, our client had chosen Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, Green Leaf Salad and homemade Creamy Coleslaw. They also added on some seasoned potato wedges and a vegetarian option of stuffed peppers for the non meat eaters. We arrived in plenty of time for a 4.30pm serve. We set everything up and began sorting the salads and laying everything out. Many people came over looking at the hog, as a lot find the process quite interesting.

For some, it was the first time they had seen and been served a traditional British hog roast and we received many compliments regarding this, and also the professionalism of our staff.
This hog roast in Oreton was another big success, and we look forward to catering here again in future.
