Well we still being blessed by this wonderful sunny weather. It was like the middle of summer on Saturday when we cooked a hog roast in Pentrefoelas. It was at a large country house for a 60th birthday celebration. Hog roast Pentrefoelas with salads and potatoes. 
The food looked super especially with the sunny weather and the beautiful setting. We had to be at the house for 1 o clock as the guests where arriving at 8pm for an evening of song and dance. We where serving our food before the entertainment. So we got to listen to the swing band whist we tidied away. Well lets hope this super sunny weather continues.
