We serve our traditional hog roast with a variety of vegetables and salads. Not keen on pig? We can spit roast any meat that suits you. If a traditional British roast meal is not to your liking, choose from our wide range of dishes that incorporate our roast hog into pasta, couscous or rice dishes adapting them with menus reflecting food from other countries such as that from Italy, Greece, India or China.

When the colder weather arrives you’ll love eating indoors watching the hog roast as it turns on its spit in full view of your quests. Winter time is a great time of year for indoor catering which is siomething we will be doing this weekend in fact, all we need to ba able to do this is a small amount of ventilation for the machine and we can cook just about anywhere you like.
