The summer weather means Hog Roast Llanrwst is busier than ever, as plenty of people are organising hog and spit roasts and barbecues outside in the sunshine and wanting us to provide delicious food for their guests. We can cater your party or event in style, with gorgeous dishes prepared, cooked and served by professionals who love what they do and aim to satisfy people’s hunger while providing you with top-notch service.
For Natalie’s 30th birthday party recently, Hog Roast Llanrwst was asked to feed 70 guests, and our Southern Slow Roast Menu would do the trick to provide plenty of variety for everyone. With this menu, you get to choose several meat dishes and several accompanying dishes, and for Natalie’s celebration, this would include sticky bbq ribs, pulled beef, sliced beef and Cajun chicken, in addition to our crunchy coleslaw, corn on the cob, sweet potato wedges, and a Thai salad. Doesn’t it all sound amazing!
There’s so much choice with the Southern Slow Roast menu that it’s proved to be extremely popular with our customers, both old and new. If you’re thinking of having us cater with this menu, you can additionally choose from Creole-spiced lamb and barbecued pork butt for your meat options, and we also offer the sides of mac and cheese, a Greek salad, skin-on whole baked potatoes and a green leaf salad. For vegetarians, our veggie kebabs are a popular choice with this menu, too.
The fact that we can cater with this kind of menu and offer alternative options for guests with dietary needs may surprise some people, but we always ensure that everyone is catered for at parties and events, whether that’s a birthday party like this or a wedding feast, corporate function or anything else that you may have in mind. If you prefer a tasty hog roast cooked from scratch at your event, it’s our speciality and we’ve spent years perfecting it, but we also love to provide all kinds of other dishes, too, for you and your guests.
On the day of the party, the weather was absolutely fantastic and Hog Roast Llanrwst cooked up a lovely feast, all served on real crockery rather than disposables. The food was a big hit, as we could see from all the empty plates and the satisfied faces!
