This January, Hog Roast Harlech catered for a great dinner party in North Wales for a group of women who have been friends since secondary school. The friends gather several times a year to catch up and enjoy each other’s company, although it is increasingly infrequent now that they each have their own families and busy schedules. This January, they organised a ‘murder mystery’ dinner party, complete with brilliant entertainment and a delicious meal from Hog Roast Harlech. By hiring our team to cater for the evening, all of the guests were free to make the most of the party and enjoy a home-cooked meal that they didn’t have to cook themselves!
We began our catering by serving a selection of canapes as the entertainment began. The dishes included an Indian selection, mini fish and chips, and fresh salmon. This was great for allowing the guests to try a variety of dishes whilst they enjoyed the entertainment. Following this, we served our classic hog roast, which was served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we served homemade chips and roasted vegetables, which created the perfect hearty main meal. Finally, the guests enjoyed profiteroles served with English cream and fresh berries, which was the perfect way to end the meal.
