The most classic event you can get: a birthday. Always a great occasion, at Hog Roast Mold we love the “meat and potatoes” of our events, as a birthday always guarantees a jovial spirit and a celebratory atmosphere at the event. This 40th birthday from last weekend was of course no different, and so it was to our catering manager Ste to once again turn on the style and produce a quality birthday menu for the event.
As ever, Ste delivered. The Hog Roast Mold team prides itself on producing high quality dining experiences to our customers. Again and again the folks of Mold and through northern Wales choose Hog Roast Mold because we can guarantee quality and style in abundance. Often it is our signature hog roast that takes up the lion share of this style, but this past weekend it was the turn of our BBQ menu to produce something special for our guests.
This close to the summer, you have to figure that a BBQ is one of the more popular menus in our repertoire; a BBQ in the British summer is simply one of the finest dining experiences one can have. Ours is little different, only all of your typical BBQ classics are instead brought with our own gourmet quality. Guests at this birthday bash enjoyed our handmade burgers, our butcher’s gourmet sausages, all grilled to perfection on our mobile roaster turned BBQ. Yes, you read that right – our own-designed roasting machines have the versatility to double up as a barbecue and grill as well as a spit roaster, and even a serving table too for added convenience! While our sausages and burgers cooked away, Ste also had the grilled veg and halloumi skewers on the go for our vegetarian guests. But it is in the fresh sides that this menu really came to the fore! Buttered corn on the cob, Ste’s own pasta salad, a green leaf salad, rolls, wraps, and even some perfectly cooked chips to add to the mix! A delicious accompaniment to a burger/sausage or two…or three.
