When it comes to your wedding planning you can make life so much easier by putting your trust in the industry professionals with the best reputations. Teams like Hog Roast Llanrwst have been at this for several decades; there is little we haven’t seen and very little we cannot handle. We know best what goes into making your special day just so, while also providing you and yours with the tools to make it entirely personal to the two of you as well.
One approach that we enjoy taking with our wedding customers is to offer bespoke dining menus at Hog Roast Llanrwst. While we do have pre-packaged menus and services available, we will almost always encourage our customers to customize and experiment wherever they see fit. That could be in re-fitting one of our menus, creating from scratch, requesting alternative service styles and methods, or combining your favourite dishes from each of your favourite menus. The result will always be something that feels more personal and therefore more special to you for your big day.
For proof just ask our lovely bride and groom from the weekend, Sarah and Alexadnro, who celebrated their special day at the brilliant Hafod Farm in Llanrwst surrounded by nearly 90 of their closest friends and family. Alexandro and Sarah had requested for something light and welcoming to kick things off with their reception. The choice was therefore made for Hog Roast Llanrwst alfresco dining platters to be the starter to the day, with our rich Italian meats, cheeses, artisanal breads and salad items being a light, colourful, tasty and eye-catching way to welcome guests into the celebrations. The colours of our platters pop off the board, and the taste more than matches!
Our main even was then the hog roast, only with some unique side options ported over from Hog Roast Llanrwst’s southern slow roast menu, rather than the traditional hog roast accompaniments: creamy mac and cheese, buttered corn cobettes, roast potatoes, and seasonal veg with grilled veg and halloumi skewers as a veggie alternative to the meaty roast. Head chef Ste then closed out the service with desserts before leaving the wedding party to it – a night of dancing and celebration well into the long hours!
