Here at Hog Roast Dinas Dinlle, we’re all about inclusivity and flexibility, so you may well be surprised when you see what we have on offer within our extensive menus. While our stunning hog roasts are hugely popular for all kinds of parties and events, we can also cook spit-roasted alternatives, whip up some fresh, tasty dishes for guests on special diets, as well as serve various additional courses, like welcome canapés, starters, sides and desserts (both hot and cold options). Our flexibility can be seen in the fact that you are welcome to mix and match items between our menus if you need, so that you can create your own menu, or we can even help you to do that.
We also have highly popular special menus available, to give your guests something a little bit different, such as our Hog Roast Dinas Dinlle Southern Slow Roast (a variety of slow-roasted, marinated meats and sides, and you get to choose three mains and four side dishes) or our Loaded Fries (where we top hot, fresh fries with your choice of pulled pork or brisket of beef, a zesty or spicy slaw, and plenty of melting cheese). Regardless of the type of special occasion that you’re planning, whether it’s your own wedding day, a birthday celebration, corporate event or something else, we truly have something for everyone.
When we catered a retirement party at the weekend, our new customer asked us to make our famous pigs in buns for most of the guests, having heard great things about them from friends. He mentioned that he needed a gluten-free option for two people, and when we let him know that our pigs in buns can easily be made suitable, with different bread rolls (as all the other ingredients are already suitable), he was delighted and booked us in.
Our friendly Hog Roast Dinas Dinlle chef and catering assistant freshly prepared, cooked and served a lovely feast of hog roast rolls for the small group of guests, with fresh bread rolls and wraps, filled with soft, tender meat, crispy crackling and our homemade duo of apple sauce and stuffing, and they went down a storm.
