When we catered a retirement party at the weekend, our new customer asked us to make our famous pigs in buns for most of the guests, having heard great things about them from friends. He mentioned that he needed a gluten-free option for two people, and when we let him know that our pigs in buns can easily be made suitable, with different bread rolls (as all the other ingredients are already suitable), he was delighted and booked us in.

Our friendly Hog Roast Dinas Dinlle chef and catering assistant freshly prepared, cooked and served a lovely feast of hog roast rolls for the small group of guests, with fresh bread rolls and wraps, filled with soft, tender meat, crispy crackling and our homemade duo of apple sauce and stuffing, and they went down a storm.
