Our wedding packages, in particular, are incredibly dynamic and can be adapted to suit all possible themes, budgets and styles. Like on Sunday, for instance, when we served a one-of-a-kind spread at Molly and Dylan’s reception party, which included a range of elements from across our different menu plans.

With help from Alan, the pair had curated an incredibly detailed dining solution to match their extravagant celebration, which meant the guests were treated to canapés and welcome drinks served by our waiting staff as they arrived, and an antipasti platter centred each of the dining tables.

Following on from this, guests were able to choose between two main course options (whole roasted free-range pig or sirloin of English beef), complete with an array of delectable side salads, seasoned baby potatoes and a meat-free alternative of grilled vegetable kebabs with tzatziki dip and flatbread for the veggies and vegans. For the big finale, Hog Roast Penmaenmawr dressed the wedding cake with ripe berries and a coulis of summer fruits, which they served to each of the seated guests.
