It is most certainly wedding season at Hog Roast Anglesey. Amongst the heatwaves, the bank holidays, the build-up to the World Cup, we’ve still got our most popular dining service going strong – weddings.
As soon as the sun comes out the wedding season begins. Right the way through the summer, the Hog Roast Anglesey team are out across the country to some of the most spectacular venues, cooking for dazzling guests, brides, groom, and helping to shape truly special moments filled with love and joy.
This past bank holiday weekend saw the wedding of Ely and Rick at Lee House, where Hog Roast Agnlesey were called upon to provide a bespoke dining experience for all 60 guests. When it comes to our wedding dining we have a couple pre-planned packages to help give customers a template to work off. For many, those packages alone are just perfect, but many others want to have more of a hand on the dining for their special day. Both approaches are perfectly viable with Hog Roast Anglesey; it has always been an integral part of our ethos to gift customers exactly what they want without any blockades. You shout jump, we simply ask how high!
So, after planning with Ely and Rick, there were still some late additions to the menu and the service – all of which were perfect handled by the Hog Roast Anglesey team. An addition of 10 extra guests? No problem. A canape service added to the pre-dining reception? How does mini beef fillets, beer battered mini fish and chip cones, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini, and a selection of mini pizzas sound?
Proving that we always go the extra mile, the bride and groom also had a special request for the beef fillets, asking that some be served medium and some be served well done without the horseradish cream. As we cook everything fresh, rather than using pre-packed meals, this was not a problem at all. It pays to offer variety for guests anyway!
