Hog Roast Beaumaris were very excited when they were contacted by their latest Client. Client Jasmine contacted the team about the catering for a private party at the Beaumaris Golf Club, membership was prestigious and there would be a full guests list of 40 guests at the evening.
Client Jasmine knew what she wanted for the buffet and the Hog Roast Beaumaris team worked with her to create a menu that met her very specific needs and her generous budget. It was imperative that there was dishes for all taste and dietary requirements, so the team delivered a menu that was delicious and diverse.
Chef Michael from the Hog Roast Beaumaris team arrived at the Golf Club venue several hours before the 7pm serving time. This meant that he had plenty of time to set up his cooking equipment and the serving table in the function room where the meal and other festivities of the evening would be taking place.
All of the dishes that formed the buffet were made from scratch by experienced and friendly Chef Michael. The Catering Manager worked hard to ensure that everything was of the very best quality.
The buffet was focused around a Classic Hog Roast, this was a perfectly sizzled slow spit roasted pig that was served complete with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. There was also a vegetarian alternative for the guests. Alongside these treats there were platters of perfectly prepared, piping hot seasonal vegetables. Finishing off the buffet was a platter of BBQ pulled jackfruit and a basket of soft gluten free rolls.
Client Jasmine was thrilled! Her guests tucked into the buffet with relish and thoroughly enjoyed the spread. Once the guests had finished their food Chef Michael quietly tidied away and took all the rubbish away from site with him, to dispose of it responsibly.
The night was a great success and Client Jasmine thanked the whole team for their hard work in helping her out together such a wonderful event.
