March is now just a few days away, which means St David’s Day is right around the corner as well. And as the entire nation prepares to celebrate the life of the dragon-taming, miracle-performing Welsh icon and patron saint, Hog Roast Dolgellau is getting ready to assist our customers and clients with their traditional events. Over the coming days, Hog Roast Dolgellau’s caterers have plenty to keep them busy as we have been invited to cater to multiple St David’s Day celebrations. Some of these are small and private family parties, while others are larger and have been organised by businesses and corporations. One event we’re particularly looking forward to attending has been put together by Dylan, who has planned a lunchtime surprise for all 100 workers at his warehouse nearby.
We’re incredibly pleased that Dylan has trusted us to be the one to cater for this luncheon, and our catering manager spent time going over menu options with him in order to discover which of our feasts would best fit with the client’s goals. In the end, he decided on our Hog Roast Dining Menu, which will allow guests to choose from either a traditional hog roast with all the trimmings, garlic and rosemary-seasoned spit-roasted spring lamb with Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce or BBQ pulled jackfruit rolls with vegan coleslaw. Each main will come with the added option of side salads, roasted vegetables and buttered new potatoes tossed in chives. And, as an extra treat, he has asked us to include our wonderful tarte au citron with berries, a fresh fruit coulis and cream for afters.
Hog Roast Dolgellau are just as excited for the day as Dylan is, and we cannot wait to blow his staff away with what is destined to be an incredibly tasty meal that we’re confident will knock their socks off.
