Here at Hog Roast Betws y Coed, we love helping hard working people kick back and relax by giving them the great food and service they deserve, and that is exactly what we did last week when we provided one of our sociable and flavoursome corporate buffets for an office party!
With 55 staff members to feed, party organiser Adam needed a catering option that was a cut above the usual fare whilst also being varied enough to meet everyone’s needs. He found everything he wanted and more right here at Hog Roast Betws y Coed and hired us immediately as soon as he saw our versatile and varied menu options!
He wanted everyone to relax and mingle so he decided one of our self-service buffets was ideal. In addition to our mouth-watering pork, he also chose some of our equally delicious free range spit roasted chicken as the alternative meat option, along with halloumi and veggie skewers for the nine vegetarian staff members. Adam was also pleased with the variety of side dishes we were able to offer and he agreed that Hog Roast Betws y Coed’s food definitely has something for everyone! After some deliberation, he chose a Mediterranean salad, creamy coleslaw and couscous, along with crispy jacket wedges.
We spent an enjoyable afternoon making all of the menu from scratch using only the best locally-sourced ingredients and when the staff arrived at 6pm, we had a magnificent feast waiting for them! No one wasted any time digging in, and with the help of our friendly catering assistant, everyone was soon enjoying our delicious dishes, with the buffet style service allowing everyone to chat and relax whilst they tucked in!
The Hog Roast Betws y Coed team were really pleased that everyone had such a good time and we were glad that we were able to give them a much needed night off, not to mention a tasty treat for all of their hard work throughout the year. Adam was delighted with the food we provided and if the empty plates were anything to go by, so were all of his colleagues!
