On 5th August 2025, Hog Roast Flintshire had the pleasure of catering for a large-scale event at Kingspan Ltd, Greenfield Business Park in Flintshire. As a leading company in the building materials industry, Kingspan wanted to provide a delicious and satisfying meal for their hardworking team. With 220 hungry guests to serve across two sittings, the day was all about creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone involved, and our team was there to make it happen.
The event ran in two services: the first at 12:00 for 70 guests and the second at 13:00 for 150. Our team worked seamlessly to manage both sittings, ensuring that everything flowed effortlessly from start to finish. Catering manager Ste oversaw the day, coordinating the service so that guests could relax, socialise, and enjoy the atmosphere without worrying about timing or logistics.
Throughout the day, the focus was on providing a relaxed and welcoming environment. Guests were able to enjoy a mix of classic hog roast flavours, including
whole roasted pig with crackling, apple sauce, and sage and onion stuffing, alongside freshly baked bread rolls and wraps. Vegan pulled jackfruit served with hickory BBQ sauce and crunchy slaw ensured there were options for everyone, keeping all 220 guests happy and well-fed. Desserts, including chocolate torte and cheesecake, were presented with the same attention to detail, rounding out a satisfying and memorable catering experience.
Food was served on wooden bamboo crockery with wooden cutlery and high-quality napkins, giving the event an eco-friendly and stylish touch without compromising on convenience or comfort.
