Hog Roast Llangwyfan – Two Years of Providing Catering Support To Those That Need it Most

Hog Roast LlangwyfanTo Hog Roast Llangwyfan, catering has always been about bringing people together. It is one of the very best ways to improve your mental health and mood, and it is as simple as having good food in good company!

That is why we have felt so privileged to join the supported living residence here in Llangwyfan for the second year in a row for the annual summer fayre! We had such a great time last year joining in all of the fun summer festivities that we just knew we had to make sure we would be back again this year. Fortunately, the organisers at the supported living residence evidently thought so too, having invited the Hog Roast Llangwyfan team back to cater once again this year.

With around 150 guests expected to come and join the summer fun, we figured we would keep it simple with our service and provide our signature hog roasts. This way we can serve up quick rolls and wraps while packing in a tonne of flavour and style to really add to the day. There was so much on offer around the fayre that we figured guests would want something just quick and easy to be served so that they could continue on perusing around all of the fun games, stalls, and musical acts.Hog Roast Llangwyfan

Ste and the Hog Roast Llangwyfan team also made sure to nip out where they could to go and have a look at all of the fun on offer. It was struggle just to try and keep Ste off the bouncy castle, though he was allowed to try his hand at a few of the other quick games before returning back to our hog roast stall to keep on cooking and prepping for the day. We loved chatting and mixing it up with all of the guests that came by our stall, and we hope they had just as much fun as we did. Days like this are what this job is all about, and we were so glad to have been able to join again for a second year. Whether as caterer again or just as guest, we hope to be along next year again too – if for nothing else so that Ste can finally get on the bouncy castle….
