Hog Roast Oswestry – A True Taste Sensation

We recently catered a small, informal party for Johnny, who had asked us to cook a traditional hog roast for him and twelve friends, to celebrate (and commiserate) one of those friends moving away. We’ve catered many parties and events for Johnny in the past, including cooking up a great feast for his own wedding day two years ago, so he knows full well that Hog Roast Oswestry creates scrumptious food from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and he knew that a hog roast made into pigs in buns would be the best choice of food for this party.

To make our amazing pigs in buns (which you may know as hog roast rolls yourself), we freshly prepare and then cook a pig for hours on end, slowly and at a low temperature, until we get a browned, crispy outer, full of crackling, and soft and moist meat on the inside, with meat that melts in your mouth. After carving off the crackling and slicing up the meat into trays, we fill soft bread rolls and wraps with pieces of both, add some of our tasty apple sauce and stuffing, and then hand over to you and your guests to devour with relish.

On the day of Johnny’s party, Hog Roast Oswestry did him proud with a mouthwatering hog roast that looked, smelled and tasted fantastic. All the guests came back to us for seconds, thirds, fourths or more, until the hog had been stripped clean, and that’s when we know that everyone is more than satisfied.
