Hog Roast Rhosneigr at Pearl Wedding Anniversary!

After 30 magical years together in blissful matrimony Hog Roast Rhosneigr’s latest clients wanted a special party to celebrate their loving milestone. Clients Sharon and James wanted a meal for themselves and their guests to enjoy.

Hog Roast RhosneigrThe party was taking place at the client’s home and they were very happy for Catering Manager Al from the Hog Roast Rhosneigr team to arrive at their home several hours before the 2pm serving time. Chef Al arrived in enough time to set up all the cooking equipment and catering gazebo on the driveway of the clients home. Al then got straight to work producing the platters of food for the buffet.

The menu for the buffet was a delicious mix of hearty and extravagant. Clients Sharon and James knew what they wanted, so that is exactly what the team delivered and the clients were chuffed when it was within their budget!

There was a delicious Classic Hog Roast on the menu, which is a slow spit roasted pig that is sizzled to perfection and served with crispy crackling, apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing. There was also BBQ pulled jackfruit, as well as platter of grilled vegetable skewers. Other dishes at the buffet included 3 exciting salads, one of which was a hearty pasta salad, and a small mountain of sweet potato fries.

The 18 guests and the clients tucked into the buffet at 2pm and used Hog Roast Rhosneigr’s finest china crockery and cutlery for the event. These utensils along with any rubbish generated through the catering of the event were taken off site at the end of the catering by Chef Al, to be sorted and disposed of responsibly at a later date, leaving Sharon and James able to focus on enjoying their special day with their child and their guests.
The event was a great success full of love and happiness. Clients Sharon and James sent a thank you note to the team and left a rave review, saying that they couldn’t wait to have another event catered by the team again soon.
