While one of our traditional centrepiece hog roasts will wow your guests and they’ll certainly remember your special occasion for a long time to come, we truly understand the need for choice and variety when catering. One look at our menus and we think you’ll be surprised, as we have all kinds of options to suit all kinds of tastes, appetites and diets. We offer lots of choices for multi-course menus, like canapés, starters, sides and desserts, as well as a great variety of alternative meaty mains, like spit-roast turkey, lamb, beef or chicken. Special diets such as vegetarian and gluten-free can all be covered if you just let us know your needs when you book and we even offer Hog Roast Towyn specialty menus for something a little bit different – like our Southern Slow Roast and Loaded Fries.

For a private party that we catered over the weekend, we were asked to make our take on hog roast rolls – pigs in buns – as well as provide a vegetarian option. Our pigs in buns are wonderful pieces of heaven, where we cook a hog for hours on end until we get a crispy outer, full of crackling, and a soft and tender inner, with tasty morsels of meat, which we add to soft bread rolls and wraps and add our own-recipe apple sauce and stuffing. The veggie option for this party would be our popular grilled skewers, full of halloumi and a rainbow of vegetables.

On Saturday, Hog Roast Towyn cooked a lovely feast for our customer and their guests, with piles of pigs in buns and skewers devoured with relish, and by the of service, the hog had been stripped clean and so had the skewers.
