Pontyclun pig roast

We have been away on holiday last week a well-deserved break! We were not going to bother having a holiday but we had no bookings that week and really needed the break so it seemed the perfect time to take a week off and I must say we needed it and it really recharged our batteries, we were back full of beans and ready to go and go we did! Our first booking since coming back was for a wedding and what a busy day had we! Upon arrival it was go, go go we were catering in a manor and lots of guests were due to arrive from all over the world so we were eager to show our skills! Pork, beef, chicken and lamb so moist and succulent and our lovely waitress had the task of peeling a sack load of potatoes not the nicest of jobs but one that had to be done! As well as the potatoes the carrots and peas needed peeled too it is the preparation that takes the time the cooking is a breeze and easy as our wonderful sophisticated machines do it all for us! The surroundings were ever so nice and Hog Roast were in such a nice mood as always! The bridal party arrived and all looked really nice the bride was certainly a blushing bride and she looked radiant! We all stood to attention looking ever so smart and welcomed everyone through the door as we are the perfect hosts we love to make everyone feel special and we do so at each event. Hog Roast Hire did their job well and were even thanked in the speeches which we thought really sweet and we really do appreciate all the nice feed back we receive and we always encourage everyone who books an event with us to give us their honest feedback good or bad but we never really get bad as all are so pleased the wedding went well and we were really tired as we loaded the van ready for our beds and a nice cup of coco was In order well we have just had a week off!
