The Weather didn’t Dampen our Hog Roast in Cwm

Last week saw us catering for Dennis and Margaret’s anniversary, we were providing the small party with hog roast Cwm , minted crushed new potatoes, a mixed green leaf salad and homemade gourmet crunchy coleslaw all served onto china crockery and cutlery. The weather last week was a bit of a challenge due to the high winds and heavy rain but our positioning outside the conservatory door meant that the guests didn’t have to endure the elements for very long. We also served champagne to the guests on arrival, plus teas and coffees throughout the day which was much appreciated. The hog roast Cwm was a great success and all the guests were appreciative of our efforts.
