Hog Roast in Kinmel Bay.

Last weekend we were helping a couple from Kinmel Bay on the north wales coast to celebrate their special anniversary. John and Barbara had been married fifty years and to mark this special occasion they decided to hire ourselves spitting pig north wales to provide a hog roast in Kinmel Bay but slightly different, they wanted a lamb roast. The lamb was roasted slowly with rosemary and garlic and was served along with hot roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed their hog roast Kinmel Bay meal and two couples one from Prestatyn Mr Edwards and a Ms Jones from Colwyn bay placed bookings for later in the year.
