Hog Roast Rowen is catering for a private dinner party this January for Beth and her friends. Beth is hosting the event to give herself and her guests something to look forward to during the dark and chilly January, and this event is sure to help lift everyone’s mood. For the menu, we will be serving a delicious slow-roasted hog, accompanied by a variety of warming and tasty side dishes. This is sure to be the perfect menu for the occasion, with more than enough for everyone to enjoy. Beth has enjoyed several meals from Hog Roast Rowen in the past and is always eager to hire our team when she needs an event catered for. On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Rowen team is planning to arrive at Beth’s home in the morning, which will give us plenty of time to prepare all of the dishes on-site. We will start with the hog, which needs to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent pork will be expertly carved and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the sides, the guests can enjoy roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and thick homemade gravy. Overall, this will create the perfect warming evening meal, with more than enough for the guests to enjoy!
