Christmas Party Hog Roast In Minffordd

Saturday saw us in Minffordd it was a Christmas party for Tesco and they had chosen the winter warmer festive menu which is very popular option for this time of year. Its consists of free range hog or whole roasted turkeys with trimmings and accompanied by hot baby new potatoes in herb butter, green beans, cauliflower cheese and honey roasted carrots with mange tout. We arrived early with weather battling against us, gale force winds and heavy rain. We were invited halfway through the day to move our setup to inside which was a great relief, we then decorated the room in readiness for the Christmas bash and our serve time of 9.o clock p.m . Everyone was complimentary regarding the hog roast  Minffordd and we received fantastic feedback on Monday morning.
