It’s raining again in Wales this week, slightly disappointing but it doesn’t stop Spitting Pig North Wales from catering for our hog roast lovers out there. It’s so exciting when we book a job in because we are so passionate about providing our service for you.
On Tuesday my team and myself headed out in the van to our first job this week, hog roast Bangor was the place to be that day, a team of the university students had booked in a BBQ gourmet menu with us in the summer and finally there event had arrived. It was planned surprise 20th birthday party for one of their friends. So we arrived that morning at the venue (the black bull) a local pub/bar. The function room was filled with balloons and banners. The party planners had opted for our delicious gourmet bbq menu giving them a range of sticky ribs, burgers, kebabs, sausages, three salads and potatoes served with a soft bread roll. We also provided them with Smokey bacon (a special request from the customer) Remember our menus are only food for thought; you can add meats or anything you fancy to our menus. A great decision as it’s tasty and easy to eat. We set up the hog roast machine inside the room as there was plenty of ventilation for health and safety reasons. As the guests started to arrive in the late afternoon we heated up the machine and the bbq flavours filled the room. It was a fantastic event to cater for and it brings so many memories back from when we were young and out partying eating great food!
