OH it’s a chilly day today but never the less I and our catering team are out and about serving food for you hungry customer!
This time of the year is great because there is so much to do; we take lots of inquiries for bonfire night with many people hungry for our Gourmet BBQ menu which is very delicious!! We have an event tonight in the busy town Rhyl, this booking was made 3 weeks ago for a Lady who’s hosting a small bonfire party in her garden. With 30 people to feed she decided to go for a menu 2 with lamb as her meat, it’s a very good choice. We set up our gazebo outside in the back garden with the serving table and our hog roasting machine. As the guests started arriving they all came over to the lamb with huge smiles on their faces. Luckily the sun shine appeared from behind the clouds and the day turned out fantastic. The bonfire at the end of the garden kept us all warm and the drinks flowed through the afternoon.
Remember we do take booking for next year as June, July and August are our busiest times for hog roasting so don’t leave your event until the last minute because we may not be able to cater for you which would be a huge shame because you’d be missing out on the best hog roast in Wales!
