Simon booked Hog Roast Conwy to cater his 40th birthday party some time ago, and while he had our famous pigs in buns in mind for the main event, he also wanted us to provide more food on the day. With vegetarians and gluten-free guests to cater, Simon needed alternatives for both and asked for our advice. After perusing our various possibilities for vegetarians, he decided on our popular veggie skewers, and we let him know that our pigs in buns made from a traditional centrepiece hog roast are even suitable for those with a gluten allergy or intolerance, just by us bringing along suitable bread rolls and wraps for those guests, so everyone would be catered for on the day.
