October saw us at a lovely autumnal wedding in Bedstone. The wedding breakfast was held in a self catering converted barn which was suitable for a smaller wedding party. We arrived early to set up and prepare the menu for thew day.
The menu consisted of five canapés, halloumi cheese skewers, mini yorkshire puddings with Welsh black beef and horseradish, duck wraps, honey and mustard glazed homemade chipolata sausage, followed by free range hog roast with seasonal veg and roast potatoes.
The lovely couple and their guest started to arrive to the delicious smell of the cooked hog roast Bedstone, all ready to celebrate and enjoy a hot tasty meal! The canapes were served on arrival along with glasses of bubbly. Followed by the hot hog roast meal which went down a treat as the weather was blustery and on the cold side in Bedstone.
Desserts consisted of fresh fruit salad and clotted cream, or lemon tarts dressed with berries and cream. Nice and light for the guests after there hog roast meal and they also went down well with the guests.
As the celebrations continued, our hog roast team started packing away quietly and headed off for home to prepare for another hog roast event.
